Make an appointment today to see how massage can help you

"I have seen Sharon for regular massage for a number of years and firmly believe in the benefits of massage in preventing injuries,"loosening" tight muscles and facilitating recovery and adaption. Over the years I've learnt that massage can't replace regular stretching but it helps me make the most of the stretching I do. As a UKA Endurance Coach I also encourage my athletes to invest in regular massage, particularly when they are in marathon training. Sharon also offers Kinesio taping and I'm a big fan having used it to support a niggle and preventing it developing into a serious injury - love the pink tape :-) "
Karen Dodsworth, UKA Coach - North Herts Road Runner Coach

"I would definitely recommend Sharon. I have been seeing her for some time now to ease back, neck and shoulder pain. I always feel so much better after my visits."
Michelle Houghton, Non-Athlete, Professional Person.

"Thanks to regular Sports Massage over the last year from Sharon, I have kept my injuries at bay and been able to keep training. Without Sharon I'm sure a lot of the niggles would have turned into something more serious."
Vanessa Marlow, Runner and Swimmer

"I started going to Sharon for Sports Massage in the New Year of 2006 whilst training for my 1st marathon. Since then I have missed very few of my fortnightly appointments and now run marathons monthly, fortnightly, sometimes even weekly. I am often asked how I manage this without getting injuries and I always give the same answer - Run at a comfortable pace and have regular massages."
Jo Summers, Runner - North Herts Road Runner

“I have been coming to Sharon for over four years on a weekly basis. I fees this has helped keep injuries at bay and improve my overall performance. I run track and road and have completed 3 marathons. Regular sports massage, I am sure, has enabled me to compete at a high level, sometimes running up to 90 miles a week.
